Fire & Ice is next Sunday!

Trent Chamber Orchestra's Concert Series sees the New Year in with a change of scene. We have a new venue - St Paul's Church, Boundary Rd, West Bridgford. Our programme this time again includes a Beethoven Overture and Symphony. Our Principal Flute Rachel Green will feature prominently in the sensuous Dance of the Blessed Spirits. Sibelius composed a very different waltz to what we are used to hearing from Vienna on New Year's Day but it is no less charming. We have some Fire to complete our programme - Falla's Ritual Fire Dance and Fireworks on the Violin! - Daniel Stroud performs the breathtaking Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso by Saint-Saens".
